Why Paris Hilton told me she loved me and How My Numerology (Not Astrology) Told Me This Would Happen
And why it's never too late to stop listening to people who tell you to post only about your niche...who's sliving now, babe?
If I would have listened to my old friend who told me I was throwing spaghetti at the wall with my content on TikTok, I would have never gotten on Paris Hilton's radar and been told that she loved me.
People who always want to judge you remind me of Aunt Agnes from The Gilded Age which is one of my favorite shows (and yes there’s a recap below if you’re ready for Season 3).
The emotions you carry in your body are probably pushing away your deepest desires. Especially the ones where you care about what other people think. Your emotions are controlling everything. What are you feeling most of the day?
Is it weird...TMZ is always in my dm's every week asking me to come back on their LIVE show and share my opinions of the latest pop culture news. But I seriously just can’t with them and their weird reporting.
This week is the start of Pride Month. many people feel like they can't truly be themselves so this month is extra special because we get to celebrate loudly!
One person who is showcasing what having a large audience can do is Paris Hilton. She released a remix to her song this week and she said for every video who used the sound on TikTok or Instagram she would donate $11 to Rainbow Railroad.
I mean...it doesn't get easier to help someone by making a video using a sound. So I did...and she saw it.
She commented and I responded back to which she sent the I Love You comment.
It’s always surprising how easy it is to get attention on TikTok.
The fear of being seen is what holds a lot of people back. I’m glad I got over that a long time ago.
I used to keep second guessing my content and then I would continually wake up to over 900-1500 comments on a single post.
So I stopped that scarcity mindset (it’s usually the people closest to you that make it come up) i.e “friends who aren’t really friends” “family members that are more judgmental than Aunt Agnes on The Gilded Age.
I made a post this week about where I won’t travel because of the countries different laws on cannabis. Specifically noting where it’s safe to travel if you’re someone who is a medical or recreational cannabis user. This sparked a huge conversation about the Endocannabinoid system and how the medicla industry isn’t taught about it (but they are so quick to diagnose people with CHS (Cannabioid Hyperemisis Syndrome when they most likely have another GI issue (Chron’s) which shows the same symptoms.)
That comment section is sitting at 5,300+ and 1.5 Million views.
It led me to create a 23 page travel guide for consumers to be informed.
The Cannabis Travel Guide™ went live and I got so many emails praising it as a “godsend” and “award worthy” by the people who grabbed it.

This is a great guide to have if you are a traveler or you help people plan their trips (if you’re that person in the family, congrats!)
It’s even better just to be informed on what has happened to people who have simply had it in their bloodstream, like in the UAE where a man was detained for two months and then deported back to the states.
It’s imperative to know the difference in illegal and it being tolerated.
Speaking of The Gilded Age…a new season starts June 22 and if you liked Carrie Coon in the White Lotus, you’re going to love her as Bertha Russell from 61st street.
Absolutely! Here’s a spoiler-light synopsis of The Gilded Age Seasons 1 and 2 to help set the stage for your Substack readers before Season 3 premieres:
🏛️ The Gilded Age — Season 1 Recap:
Set in 1882 New York City, The Gilded Age opens on a nation booming with opportunity but still sharply divided by class, race, and tradition. The story centers on Marian Brook, a young woman who moves from rural Pennsylvania to live with her wealthy and rigid aunts — the old-money Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook — after her father's death. Marian is quickly thrust into the world of New York high society and its strict social codes.
On the opposite side of Fifth Avenue, Bertha Russell, the ambitious and wealthy wife of a ruthless railroad tycoon, George Russell, is determined to break into the old-money elite — no matter how many rules she has to rewrite or people she offends.
As Marian finds herself torn between duty and desire, the Russells declare war on social gatekeeping, triggering a quiet but fierce battle between the old guard and the new money determined to replace them. Class tensions, social politics, and romantic entanglements drive this first season, setting up rivalries that define the series.
Here we see the very subtle beginning of Marian’s potential love story with Larry Russell.
🪙 The Gilded Age — Season 2 Recap:
Season 2 deepens the conflict between Bertha Russell and New York’s established elite, as she sets her sights on infiltrating the opera scene — a key symbol of social power in the Gilded Age. She launches a full-on campaign to gain acceptance into the Academy of Music while backing the creation of the Metropolitan Opera, positioning herself at the center of a culture war.
George Russell, meanwhile, faces labor disputes and legal battles tied to his vast railroad empire, bringing tension between progress and power into the spotlight.
Marian begins to break further away from the influence of her aunts and quietly carves out her own values — exploring independence, love, and the evolving role of women in society. Ada, surprisingly, steps into a storyline of her own involving love and autonomy.
The season also expands on the lives of the show's Black characters, particularly Peggy Scott, a young journalist and activist from a prominent Black family in Brooklyn. Her storyline delves into racial tensions, post-Reconstruction struggles, and the rise of Black middle-class life in America.
Season 2 ends with major personal and societal shifts, with the battle for influence in society far from over.
💎 What to Expect in Season 3:
As the world of The Gilded Age continues to evolve, expect sharper power plays, deeper challenges to social order, and growing tensions between tradition and transformation. Season 3 will likely explore:
The ongoing cultural war between the Met and the Academy of Music.
The widening gap between the classes as America modernizes.
Marian’s continued journey of independence and Larry’s potential fight to marry her.
George’s empire facing modern threats.
Peggy Scott’s rising influence as a voice for justice in a rapidly changing society.

The emotions you carry in your body are probably pushing away your deepest desires—especially the ones rooted in insecurity, judgment, and fear of being misunderstood. Most people don’t realize that your body is a record of the past. When we emotionally rehearse negative states like guilt, shame, unworthiness, or even chronic overthinking, we’re not just experiencing a mood—we’re programming our nervous system to expect more of the same. And we become addicted to it.
But here’s where it gets deeper.
You are not just a body reacting to the world. You are a quantum being emitting a frequency that interacts with the invisible field around you. You are matter affecting matter. Your thoughts—fueled by your emotions—send out an electrical charge into the quantum field. And your feelings send the magnetic signal. Together, they create a frequency. That frequency becomes the broadcast you’re sending into your environment 24/7—whether you realize it or not.
Let’s break this down.
If you wake up and instantly feel dread or overwhelm, and then you think thoughts that match that emotion (“Ugh, I’m behind again. No one’s buying. I can’t get ahead.”), you're conditioning your body to expect—and create—more of the same.
If you have a brilliant business idea but subconsciously believe “people won’t get it,” you’re not just self-sabotaging—you’re collapsing a reality in which you don’t get support.
If you feel stuck in a relationship or job and emotionally rehearse your resentment or fear every day, you’re energetically cementing that pattern. You’re drawing more of it to you by broadcasting the very frequency of what you claim to want to leave behind.
In quantum terms: you’re not observing reality, you’re creating it. You’re pulling experiences into your timeline that match the dominant signal you're putting out.
This is why your emotions matter more than your strategy.
You could have the perfect launch plan, the prettiest sales page, or the best idea—but if you’re living in a state of contraction, fear, or needing validation, your signal is scrambled. And the universe isn’t confused—it’s responding perfectly to the version of you that you’re embodying most often.
So ask yourself:
What am I feeling most of the day?
And is that feeling aligned with the life I say I want?
Because if it’s not—you don’t need more willpower. You need a new emotional signature. A new energetic identity. And that starts with awareness.
Here are some incredibly powerful affirmations and journal prompts to use if you know someone or are someone who doesn’t feel they can be their true selves.

POWER MOVE
🪄 Ritual Action
The Mirror Spell of Sacred Visibility
Stand before a mirror. Draw a sigil (one of your own, or a symbol that feels powerful—like a spiral, an inverted triangle, or Venus symbol) on the mirror with your finger, oil, or lipstick. A sigil can be anything that makes you feel powerful. It can be a circle, a spiral, or a triangle. Whatever you choose.
Say aloud:
"This is me. Seen, sovereign, spellbound. I do not shrink. I shine. My visibility is protection. My truth is a charm. My joy is the revolution."
Then snap your fingers, clap your hands once, or ring a bell to seal the energy.

I have sold over $100,000 on TikTokShop and that is all because I’ve curated a pretty great showcase. (BTW: It’s ok to toot your own horn, because if you don’t…who is going to?) Every day I get a new notification that my videos (yes even the ones with like 500 views) are getting used as commercial ads (remember when I said last week that Lady Gaga sent me her foundation? Well she’s using the video I made as an advertisement now.
👀 Check out the entire showcase here before you go to Amazon for the next thing you’ll buy or if you need a cute outfit for that upcoming summer wedding.
🐕 I don’t walk Toby without the handsfree dog leash and I will never go back. Your favorite dog mom NEEDS this so you should get one and give it as a gift. You absolutely know someone who could use this. Search “puppington” in the showcase here and see for yourself.

✨ How to Use Numerology (Not Astrology) to Discover Your Life’s Purpose and Unlock Your Business Potential
If you’re an entrepreneur, chances are you’ve spent half your day wondering what your next move should be—and the other half Googling things like “am I in the wrong career or just chronically exhausted?”
The truth is, entrepreneurship is a constant journey of self-discovery: What are you really good at? What work actually energizes you? What’s your deeper purpose—and how do you turn it into profit?
While astrology can be vague, contradictory, and often reliant on external interpretations, numerology is clear, practical, and rooted in ancient mathematical principles. It gives you specific insights based on your birth date and full name—data points that don’t change or require your exact birth time.
That’s where the Numerology Map comes in.
Unlike astrology apps that give you a million cosmic metaphors with no real plan of action, the Numerology Map shows you:
What you’re naturally built to do
Why certain jobs or relationships never felt “right”
What year cycle you’re currently in (so you stop pushing when it’s time to pause)
And how to align your business decisions with your energetic strengths
It’s not about fate. It’s about frequency.
And your numbers are talking. It’s time to actually listen.
Once again, thanks so much for being here and sharing.
I'm so glad you're here.
Can't wait to hear what the week brings you. Stay Safe, Stay Strong, and Stay True to yourself. Who knows who will see you when you show up?
